Hey! Day Dreamer!
I thought id give you guys a look at some stuff ive been working on for my solo project. This is a clip of an acoustic demo that ive recorded. its a song caled “Hey!, Day Dreamer!” This solo record wont be an acoustic album. Its gunna be full of everything, and i cant fit it into a genre either because i think every song will be different, there are songs that are chilled, and deep, others that have a more 80’s cure influence, some indie sounding songs, some more heavier darker songs, and the good old, old school pop punk sound you may have heard me write in vendetta fields.
I am really excited for this and in by no means is this a side project or half assed to me. I want it to be perfect.
so stay tuned and i appreciate any support thrown my way :)

So sorry, it’s over!
Tonight will be a tough time. After two years fully committing myself to vendetta fields it finally comes to an end. It’s been an emotional rollercoaster to say the least.. By that meaning by the demise of this band I was only original member. And I only speak to one of the original members to this day. Id like to speak to one of the other guys but doesn’t look like it’ll happen soon and the other guy I don’t give a fuck about. But I thank him still for contributing to this band. I’d still like to carry on with this and maybe one day I will.. On a much bigger note thank you to anyone who came to our shows and bought our CDs I love you to death!

“these days is a song i wrote when i was 17, i was loving life had the best people as friends, and i just basically wrote a song about those friends of mine, and im sure every one of you can relate to that!”

” Danger, i wrote about being in an environment where someone can criticise every little thing you do, but they cannot have the courage to criticise you to your face. its a cowards anthem. the words theres no need to whisper when you can shout.. metaphors meaning.. whisper= talk behind your back, and shout= say it to your face.

” this song is about a stripper haha i never dated a stripper, but i was in queensland and had literally just got to my hotel room from airport and my mate who flew up a day before was waiting at my hotel and dragged me to the strippers. while sitting in the club i was thinking bout what it would be like dating a stripper.”

” this song is about someone who is supposed/was one of your good friends, and they do something completly out of the blue and let you down”

Politics = Shit
Im not usually a political man, but fuck, personally im not happy with the way all our government shit has gone down. in my opinion i liked the way K Rudd was doing, well good enough anyway. Julia gillard just wanted the spot light and prob just wanted the first woman prime minister.! POOP so on election day ill be writing my own name on the ballot paper :)
